Elliott Deen Larsen Funeral

Hubby attended the Elliott Deen Larsen funeral in Monroe today.  A WWII vet's remains finally came home to rest.  Dies at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

Let us never forget the sacrifices of the men and women who serve this great country.

Another great find

Well, I stopped in our local thrift store today.  What can I say! I found another treasure and it followed me home. Meet Inga, my 1960 Bernina 530 sewing machine. A good thing I like to sew. Though I am running out of room for my lovely machines.
